Please use the size chart with individual garment measurements for your order.

If you ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange for the correct size, but the customer will be liable for the courier costs involved.

We will gladly exchange your garment for another size,

but unfortunately we don't do refunds.



We can only do returns/exchanges within 7 days of the shipment of your order.

Return courier is on the customers' account.

Hadassa Clothing cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements given.

All items in stock are made on average sizes and it is the client's responsibility to provide accurate measurements/sizes for items.


  • For orders through online store:

Payment via EFT is done in full to confirm order.

Stock will go to courier within 24 hours after proof of payment was received.

Do you provide International delivery?


At the moment we only courier in and around South Africa.


How do I exchange an item?

What is your exchange policy?


Please inform us within 7 days of your exchange request and we will gladly organize it for you.

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number of your order the moment it is delivered at the courier and you can trace it on their website.

How can I contact your couriers?


We make use of The Courier Guy couriers for national deliveries. 

What are your delivery options?


1. The  Courier Guy couriers deliver to your door, within 24-48 hours of pick-up, for only R85  per parcel.

2. If you live close to Mossel Bay, you are welcome to request store pick up.

3. If you need your order within 24 hours, we will make use of Aramex overnight service at R99 per parcel.

4. If you request POSTNET to POSTNET or another courier option, the customer will be liable for all costs involved.
