    PLEASE NOTE: these are SMALLER bust sizes that the previous Bloom dresses. Always check the measurements of the bust against your own bust- choose the dress size that is 8cm or more bigger than your own bust measurements. The bust is cut shorter so that the small belt ties under the bust and so creates a slimmer effect around the waist down. Very wide around the hips.
